DELIVERY AND PICK UP PROCEDURES
1. The cost of delivery is based on location and labor involved. Please consult with Amazing Event Rentals for an appropriate delivery quote. We will be happy to deliver to other areas surrounding Beaufort County, including Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton, Charleston, Sheldon, Ridgeland, Hampton, and so forth.
2. The customer is responsible for ensuring an authorized contact is available to accept delivery and coordinate pickup. If a contact is not available for verification, the customer accepts the quantities delivered by Amazing Event Rentals. Once the quantities are accepted by the customer, the customer becomes responsible for all items that were delivered.
3. No items will be reserved for any particular person on any particular date unless a 50% deposit is made on their total balance due. The remaining balance is due by the delivery date.
